Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within Kenya. Stay tuned as we expand to other regions in the future!

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekdays after 2pm will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: 1–2 business days

  • Other Urban Areas: 2–4 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 3–5 business days (depending on accessibility)

Shipping Fees

  • Nairobi Deliveries: Rate dependent on location

  • Outside Nairobi: Rates vary based on destination and courier

  • Free delivery on orders over KES 8,000

Delivery Methods

We use trusted local couriers and delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number or delivery update via SMS or email.

Order Pickup

We offer a store pickup option from our location in Gigiri (Gigiri Courtyard, Shop No 12). Please select “Store Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Delays & Issues

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, there may occasionally be delays due to weather, road conditions, or courier issues. We will always keep you updated and work to resolve any issues quickly.

All items are securely and hygienically packed to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit.
