1. Perishable & Natural Products

Due to the nature of our products—spices, nuts, and medicinal herbs etc.—we do not accept returns or exchanges. These items are perishable, consumable, and hygiene-sensitive, and cannot be restocked once opened or delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Your order number

A clear photo of the product and the issue

A description of the problem

We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

The product was damaged upon arrival

The wrong product was sent

The item is out of stock and cannot be delivered

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once processing begins, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect address entered by the customer

Delays caused by the shipping provider

Opened or used products
